- Offer & heads of terms – clear timelines and proof of funds on request
- Conveyancing – title checks, searches, enquiries; we coordinate closely with all parties
- Completion – keys on agreed date; we’re pragmatic with access and utilities
- Refurb & let – safety first (EICR, gas, alarms), then value‑add works and tenanting
